What are your opening hours?
We are open the following hours:
Monday: 10am – 8pm (Liverpool), 10am – 7pm (Burnley)
Tuesday: 10am – 7pm
Wednesday: 10am – 7pm
Thursday: 10am – 7pm
Friday: 10am – 7pm
Saturday: 10am – 7pm
Sunday: 10am – 6pm

Do you have free Wifi?
We do indeed – both sites have their own free wifi
Do I have to wear Air Unlimited grip socks?
Yes – we only allow Air Unlimited Socks to be worn on our arena. We cannot allow you to wear other Trampoline Park socks, however you can trade in other parks socks for £1 at reception.
Do I need to pre-book a session and do you recommend turning up early?
YES – we always recommend pre-booking via our website. This is the only way you can guarantee your session. It is also cheaper to book online.
Alternatively, you can call us and book your session over the phone to guarantee your space.
We always recommend turning up at least 20 minutes before the start of your session time to ensure than you get your full hours bounce. You will need to collect your wristbands and go through our safety information before you go onto the park, so please leave yourself plenty of time as especially at the weekends, we do get very busy.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes- All participants must have a signed, valid waiver before entering the park. These can be signed online or when you arrive at reception.
Do you have a cafe?
Yes- Both sites have a 5* Hygiene Rated Cafe serving a range of hot and cold food, snacks and drinks.
Can I Bring my Own food and drinks?
No- Only food and drinks purchased from Air Unlimited may be consumed on the premises.
Do I have to pay for Lockers?
No – our lockers are free of Charge and require a custom 4 digit code to be locked. All instructions are on our lockers, however if you need assistance a member of our team will always be on hand to help.
Do you have sessions for those with additional needs?
Yes – We offer an Autism Sessions every Monday night, with all the flashing lights and music turned off and fully trained Staff on hand.
Do you do Birthday Parties?
Yes, Our Birthday parties are Air-mazing! We have hosted loads of parties over the years and our Team will ensure you have the best time! We have purpose built exclusive party rooms where we can cater for parties of different sizes. We have a number of standard packages from Toddler Parties to Air Parties.
Do you offer Group/ Large group discounts?
YES- we have group passes available to book online or you can call our team who will be more than happy to accommodate your booking.
