Yes — wheelchair access is available. For safety, wheelchairs can't be left on the park, so they must be taken back down once the participant is on the park.

Please note we don't have a lift, but there's seating on both the ground floor and upstairs. We don't currently offer SEN sessions.

Yes — we strongly recommend booking online. Booking in advance is the only way to guarantee your space. We also recommend arriving a few minutes early to get sorted before you bounce! Book online here.

Yes — all participants must have a signed, valid waiver before entering the park. Waivers are completed online at the time of booking, so make sure it's done before you arrive. Sign your waiver here.

No — there's no charge for spectators or adults who aren't jumping. Just remember that anyone under 18 must have an adult aged 18 or over in the building at all times.

Session bookings can be cancelled for a full refund if you let us know at least 48 hours before your booked start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before are not eligible for a refund.

Groupon and Wowcher bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We can't change Groupon or Wowcher bookings, so any refunds or issues need to go directly to Groupon or Wowcher.

Yes! We have group passes for groups of 5–8 available to book online, or you can call our team who'll be happy to help accommodate your booking.

Yes! Gift vouchers can be bought online or at reception, and they're valid for 1 year.

Absolutely! Our birthday parties are Air-mazing — we've hosted loads over the years and our team will make sure you have the best time. We have purpose-built exclusive party rooms with packages from Toddler Parties to Air, Ultimate Air and Mega Air Parties.

Parties for children aged 6 and under must be booked as a Toddler Party.

All parties require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Parties cancelled 7 days or more before the party date are refunded the amount paid, excluding the deposit. Parties cancelled less than 7 days before won't receive a refund or credit, but we'll do our best to move your party to another day, subject to availability.

Most party return passes are valid for 3 months.

Yes — the Jump Tower and Slick Slides have a minimum age of 5, so under 5s can't use them. Children aged 5 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult who directly supervises them at all times.

Anyone under 18 must have an adult aged 18 or over in the building at all times — the adult doesn't have to jump.

Yes — for safety reasons, only Air Unlimited grip socks are permitted on our arenas. Other trampoline park socks cannot be accepted. Pick up a pair online or at reception for just £2.95.

Yes — lockers are available to rent, operated via a scannable QR code. Prices vary depending on locker size and rental time, and are set by our locker provider, LOKT. All instructions are on the lockers, but a member of our team is always on hand if you need help.

Yes — we have a 5-star Hygiene Rated Café serving a range of hot and cold food, snacks, and drinks. Fuel up before or refuel after your session!

No — only food and drinks purchased from Air Unlimited may be consumed on the premises. Our café has everything you need though!
