FAQs

FAQs

  • Are trampoline parks dangerous?

There have been a lot of stories in the news about safety at trampoline parks. At AirUnltd we take safety really seriously. Because of this, we do not use foam pits as we do not believe they offer the level of safety we require. We use Big Bags which are favoured by those who take part in extreme sports.

We are the first park in the UK to be built to the new BSI safety standards.

Like any extreme sport, injuries can happen. Injuries are rare and are usually quite minor. Recent figures show that the injury rate in trampoline parks is 0.01%. The most common injuries being trampoline friction burns and bruises.

Trampoline parks have a better safety rate than any competitive sport. It is important that you listen to our Air Marshalls and follow our safety rules, making sure the chances of injury are even less.

  • Do you have a lost and found?

AirUnltd cannot be held responsible for any property lost at our venues. We will do our best to make sure any lost items that turn up are reunited with their owner.

We will hold on to general lost property and clothing for 30 days, after which it will be donated to charity. For more valuable items we will store them for six months.

  • I have lost something what should I do?
