REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GRANTED IF CANCELLATION IS MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE BOOKING DATE FOR ALL JUMP SESSIONS. PARTIES – 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. all air unlimited parties are non-refundable. 48 hour notice required for all party cancellations.

• Bounce within your abilities and do not attempt any jump beyond your skill level.
• Air Unltd grip socks must be worn at all times on the park – these can be purchased from reception.
• Any participant age 5 years and under must be directly supervised by a participant over the age of 14 years.
• All participants age 13 and under must have an adult (18+) on site at all times.
• All participants must listen to the safety briefing before entering the park.
• Remove all items from your pockets before entering the park – use the lockers provided.
• We recommend the removal of all jewellery.
• NO wrestling, tackling or shoving.
• NO leaning or climbing on netting.
• NO climbing on the walls.
• NO sitting or lying or congregating on the park.
• NO mobile phones or cameras on the park.
• NO food, drink or chewing gum allowed on the park.
• NO keys, key-chains, sharp or pointed items on the park.
• NO bouncing under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• NO belt buckles or studs on clothing
