By booking with Air Unlimited you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before your visit.
Important: A valid, signed waiver must be completed by all participants before jumping. Under 18s must have their waiver signed by a parent, legal guardian, or consenting responsible adult. All bookings must be made online. Please sign your waiver and watch the compulsory safety briefing video before arrival.
Air Unlimited grip socks must be worn at all times on the park. Available to purchase for £2.95 at reception. Socks from other parks are not accepted.

- Air Unlimited's decision is final in all matters.
- By booking, you confirm that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Terms & Conditions.
- Air Unlimited reserves the right to revise these terms at any time to comply with changes in relevant laws or regulations.
- Air Unlimited reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from the premises if deemed necessary.
- All participants must act responsibly and courteously at all times, respecting fellow customers and staff.
- Participants aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) for the duration of their visit. The adult does not need to take part but must remain in the building.
- Participants aged 5 and under (Liverpool) or 4 and under (Burnley) must be directly supervised by a participating adult at all times — ratio of 1 adult to 2 toddlers.
- Some park features require participants to be aged 5 or over. Under 5s cannot use the Jump Tower or Slick Slides (Liverpool) or the Jump Tower (Burnley).
- Our team may photograph and film sessions for social media. If you'd prefer not to be included, please let us know at reception on arrival.
- Tagged photos on social media may occasionally be used for promotional purposes. If you'd prefer your images not to be used, please don't tag us.
- Pregnant participants cannot take part in any activity.
- Trampoline, inflatable, and slick slide activities carry inherent risk. Participation is at your own risk — a fall could be fatal. A safety briefing is included as part of your online booking process.
- Air Unlimited reserves the right to refuse or remove any participant deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who fails to comply with safety rules.
- After the safety briefing, participants will not be directly supervised by a member of staff.
- All participants must be reasonably fit, healthy, and weigh less than 18 stone / 114kg.
- Participants aged 5 and under (Liverpool) or 4 and under (Burnley) must be directly accompanied by a participating person aged 14 or above at all times.
- All participants must wear Air Unlimited Grip Socks. Socks from other parks are not accepted.
- Jump within your ability. If you are unsure whether you can safely complete a manoeuvre, do not attempt it.
- If you have any medical concerns, consult your GP before visiting. Participants must confirm they have no medical condition that would increase the risk of injury to themselves or others.
- Pregnant participants cannot take part in any activity.
- All participants must dress appropriately. Air Unlimited reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not suitably dressed.
- No refunds will be issued if a participant is refused entry or chooses not to participate for reasons covered in this section.
- Wear clothing that is comfortable and appropriate for physical activity — and that you don't mind getting dirty. Long-sleeved tops are recommended for inflatable activities.
- Air Unlimited Grip Socks must be worn at all times for grip and hygiene. Socks from other parks will not be accepted.
- No belts, jewellery, or sharp items of clothing that could cause injury to yourself, other participants, or damage to equipment.
- Air Unlimited accepts no responsibility for damage to or loss of clothing or personal items.
- You may cancel your booking for a full refund provided your cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before your booked start time.
- Walk-in bookings are non-refundable. Air Unlimited may move your session to an alternative date or time if requested.
- If you have already moved your booking to a new date, you are not entitled to a refund for that new session.
- Party bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Cancellations made at least 1 week before the booking are entitled to a 50% refund.
- If activities are closed due to circumstances beyond Air Unlimited's control after your session has begun, no refund will be issued. Alternative dates or times may be offered at Air Unlimited's discretion.
- Air Unlimited reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time and will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible.
- Refunds for debit or credit card payments will be returned to the original card. If the card has since expired, a refund will be issued by cheque.
- Where multiple payment methods are used, Air Unlimited reserves the right to issue refunds by credit or cheque.
- Amendments to party bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the booking date.
- Air Unlimited is not obliged to refund or exchange tickets where an error has been made during purchase (including selecting the wrong number of tickets).
- Bookings made at least one month in advance have a 14-day cooling-off period. No refunds will be granted after this period. Party bookings have a non-refundable 50% deposit — a 50% refund applies within the cooling-off window.
- You are not entitled to a refund if you have moved your original booking date or time and subsequently request a refund.
