WHEN AND WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THESE OFFERS?

All offers can be purchased online, over the phone and in-store on Friday 24th November 2023.

CAN I COLLECT A PHYSICAL VOUCHER?

YES, once you have purchased your voucher you will be sent an email confirmation containing your gift voucher code. You can use this code to book sessions online or if you are wanting a physical gift voucher these can be collected from reception after the purchase has been made.

WHEN DO ALL PURCHASED OFFERS EXPIRE?

All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months after purchase and Bounce/ Toddler passes are valid for 365 days after purchase.

ARE THESE OFFERS REFUNDABLE?

NO, all Black Friday deals are strictly non-refundable.

CAN I USE A BLACK FRIDAY VOUCHER TO BOOK A PARTY?

you can redeem a Black Friday Voucher against all standard FULL PRICED party packages. You cannot redeem any voucher against any special offer party package we may introduce (this also includes Vouchers from last year & all other Black Friday offers).

CAN I USE A GIFT VOUCHER TO BOOK A PARTY IN DECEMBER 2024?
YES, although our Gift Vouchers have a 6 month expiry on them you can book any session / standard party for a date of your choice. For example, if you wanted to book a party in 2024, you have up until 24th May 2024 to book the party using your voucher.
CAN I USE A BLACK FRIDAY VOUCHER ON AUTISM SESSIONS?

NO, Black Friday Vouchers can only be redeemed against all standard sessions. Unfortunately, our Air Autism Sessions is already heavily discounted and ran at a highly reduced capacity .

CAN I ADD EXTRA GUESTS ONTO THE PARTY PACKAGES?
YES, Our Black Friday Party Packages are for 12 people, however, you can add additional guests. Additional guests are charged at our standard Mega party and Toddler Party price.
Black Friday Air Party additional guests : £24.95pp (Burnley) / £29.95pp (Liverpool)
Black Friday Toddler Party additional guests: £16.95pp (Burnley) / £19.95pp (Liverpool)
WHAT DATES CAN I BOOK A PARTY FOR?
You are able to book a party for any date up to and including 31st October 2024. All dates and times are subject to availability so we advise booking early in the day (24/11/23) to avoid disappointment.
WHAT DATES CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE HIRE FOR?
You are able to book a Private hire on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during Term time for any date up to and including 18th July 2024. All dates and times are subject to availability so we advise booking early in the day (24/11/23) to avoid disappointment.

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Air Unlimited grip socks must be worn and are not included in the price of these deals (excl. party packages). These must be purchased from reception and are £2.50 a pair.

All children aged 5 or under (Liverpool) / 4 or under (Burnley) must have a fully paying accompanying adult with them on the park at all times.

ALL BLACK FRIDAY DEALS ARE STRICTLY NON REFUNDABLE

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months after purchase and Bounce/ Toddler passes are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. If you require a physical gift card/pass they must be collected from reception within two weeks.

Gift vouchers can be used to redeem sessions online or in store. After purchase you will receive a confirmation email with your Gift voucher number, this can be used to book online. If you require a physical gift voucher, they can be collected from Reception during our opening hours.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed on all standard sessions including Toddler Morning and Group passes; Cafe purchases and Full priced standard party packages (Air Parties and Toddler Party).

Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against any special, exclusive session or event including Air Autism.

Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against any other Black Friday offer including ALL party packages & Private Hires.

PARTY & PRIVATE HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All Black Friday party packages/ Private Hires can be purchased online, in store or over the phone. Full payment is required at the time of booking for these packages.

ALL Black Friday party/ Private Hire packages MUST be purchased using cash or card. Gift Vouchers CANNOT be redeemed against these including standard gift cards and Black Friday 2023 gift cards.

If a Party/ Private Hire is booked in using a gift card, Air Unlimited reserves the right to cancel the Party & Gift Card

Private Hire packages are available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings during term time only

Private hire deal is for the hire of the park only. Socks, Food and Drinks are not included. These must be purchased separately
