Air Unlimited #TesterTribe Competition Terms and Conditions

1. By entering this competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. No purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. This competition is open from 00:01 on Tuesday 25th October to 23:59 on Monday 28th November 2022. No entries will be accepted after this closing date.
4. This competition is open to children aged between 7 and 15 years on Tuesday 25th October 2022.
5. To enter the competition, parents and guardians must nominate on behalf of their child, explaining or showing why they would be the perfect Air Unlimited Liverpool/ Air Unlimited Burnley tester and using the #TesterTribe hashtag. Photos and videos are welcomed but not essential.
6. Entries can be posted on the Air Unlimited Liverpool/ Air Unlimited Burnley Facebook or Instagram pages. Only entries submitted in these ways will be eligible.
7. Only one entry by parents/guardians per young person is permitted. No entrant may be entered to win more than once. For multiple children in the same family (ie siblings) these can be entered separately on separate posts.
8. Air Unlimited will choose 20 winners in total for each site to join the #TesterTribe.
9. THE PRIZE:
   a. One of 20 available places in the #TesterTribe and the opportunity to try out our brand new Ultimate Urban Playgrounds on a designated date later this year(date TBC)
   b. A six-month pass to Air Unlimited (this includes the Liverpool and Burnley sites) and a group pass for up to five friends and family members (can be used once)
   c. An exclusive #TesterTribe tshirt to wear on the night and keep
   d. All winners will be selected by a judging panel by Wednesday 30th November 2022.
   e. The prize is for the winning child ONLY – siblings will be welcome to come to the #TesterTribe night, subject to availability, but will not receive the free passes or t-shirt.
10. The winners will be notified by social media once they have been selected. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified. The winners must claim their place on the #TesterTribe within TWO days of being notified. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Air Unlimited reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
11. Once the Air Unlimited #TesterTribe places are announced, Air Unlimited will liaise with the parents or guardians of the winners to invite all 20 winners to visit, try out and review our new parks in Liverpool/ burnley on a date later this year (exact date tbc).
12. No cash alternatives available. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
13. Entry to the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14. Air Unlimited’s decision on all matters is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
15. By entering this competition, you agree that Air Unlimited has the right to feature details of the winning entrants in subsequent press and PR activity, including social media. You also agree that Air Unlimited has the right to feature any entries received on social media.
16. Air Unlimited may disqualify entries from winning if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that they are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent, unfair or unlawful.
17. Air Unlimited may cancel the competition for reasons outside of its reasonable control.
18. Air Unlimited may amend these terms and conditions without notice, by posting changes to them on this website.
19. Air Unlimited (and its associated companies) excludes responsibility and all liabilities arising from any changes to the prize details which are beyond its control and for any act of default of any other third-party supplier. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Air Unlimited reserves the right (a) to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
20. Entrants’ details will be held by Air Unlimited but will not be passed on. Air Unlimited adheres to the data protection legislation surrounding the use and storage of your personal information.
21. Air Unlimited recognises a complete release of Facebook and that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. The participant is providing information to Air Unlimited and not to Facebook.
